| START LINE/IRVINE ACCOMMODATIONS |
| Located just steps from our start line in Irvine, our Friday night host hotel the Irvine Marriott is offering a $109 rate (single, double or triple) to all Bike MS Tour participants. Stay on Friday night and ride your bike to the start line on Saturday morning! We will make arrangements to pick up your luggage at the hotel if you stay at the Irvine Marriott. This will also be the Orange County location for the last rider check-in: to pick up your bib number and other event materials before the ride.
Make your Friday night reservations at the Irvine Marriott online or by calling (800) 228-9290 or (949) 553-0100 and tell them you're with the Bike MS Tour. Reservations must be made by September 12, 2008, to qualify for the $109 rate. In 2007 we sold out our room block well prior to the reservation deadline, so don't delay!

All Land Rover Miramar Bike MS Bay to Bay Tour participants are responsible for coordinating their own overnight accommodations. Day One ends and Day Two begins at the Westfield Plaza Camino Real in Carlsbad, CA. The Overnight Celebration location provides the opportunity for riders to choose from several hotels and thousands of hotel rooms, all within seven miles of the Westfield. Continuous shuttle service is provided Saturday evening and Sunday morning, to and from all of the hotels listed on our website.
PLEASE NOTE - We do not provide transportation to hotels not listed on our website and are not responsible for reservations that are made outside of our online system, through our group coordinator or by phone at the number below.
Hotels not on the list may not be accessible by our shuttles, may not be willing to provide a room block for the event, or are out of our predetermined geographic region. Shuttle routes will be posted summer of 2008.
