PLEASE NOTE: In the interest of the safety of our riders, we encourage friends and family not to follow riders along the route.  All rest stops and lunch locations are only open to cyclists and volunteers.  

Friends and family are only invited to join you at these times and places:
October 11 - Day One Finish & Overnight Celebration
October 12 - Day Two Finish & Grand Finale

Saturday October 11, 2008
7:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Friends and family are encouraged to cheer for all 30, 100 & 150-mile riders as they finish Day One of the Bike MS Tour. Invite your friends and family to a fun-filled day of music, food stations, BJ's beer & wine and festivities. Later in the evening you will enjoy a catered dinner, live music & dancing, and the Bike MS awards ceremony, all under the Carlsbad stars! 

Dinner tickets are available for purchase at the Information Booth, prices coming soon. Top Fundraisers (individuals who raise $2,000 or more) are permitted to invite one guest to join them into the TF Tent.  TF guests still need to purchase their Dinner Ticket.

Directions from the 5 Freeway:
Take I-5 to the 78 East to El Camino Real and head south.
Westfield Plaza Camino Real is located on your right.
MS Bike Tour parking is available north and west of Sears.
Parking is free.

You deserve a standing ovation when you cross the finish line, and your friends and family should be there to make sure you have one! Please invite your family and friends to meet you at the finish line at Hospitality Point in Mission Bay. A BBQ lunch and festivities will be available.

Directions from the 5 Freeway:
From the 5 FWY exit Sea World Drive, head west.
Veer to the right and take the West Mission Bayloop.
Turn left at the Quivira Roadlight.
Make another left onto Quivira Avenuedown to the last dirt parking lot
on the left side.
Parking is free but limited!

Please do not park in the coned off and No Parking Zone areas
reserved for buses.
