2005 Ride
6 Riders: $9,000 total raised. 3 Top fundraisers. We were figuring out the details and how it all worked. At the same time, we were generating a lot of interested from others wanting to join our team for the following year. In 2006, all six riders pretty much rode together the entire time which was pretty cool. We got the nickname the "Nice Team"--seriously--- we would say hello to everyone we passed, ask them how their day was, and encourage them to keep up the good work. By day two, we would pass people and say "hello" and they would say "I love you guys, you're the nice team"-- Pretty cool.
2006 Ride
16 Riders: $21,000 total raised. 10 top fundraisers. This year we had total custom jerseys printed up, and really had a ton of diversity on our team. There were multiple riding groups that split according to ability, but we all hung out together at the hotels, finish and start lines. We also had a member of our team who has a progressive form of MS. We were all inspired and moved to the core as she rode the entire distance with a smile, and offered words of encouragement to those around her the whole way. We will never forget the tears of joy as led our team to the finish line. Once again, we were the "nice team" and people kept telling us how much they remembered us. --Crazy

2007 Ride
This year we have a goal of 40 team members and $40,000 to raise. We will have a custom jersey that that team members can order at cost (~$60-$70). There will be a few of of us doing the day one century option. Once again, we hope to really build the energy. The team vibe can't be beat, especially when we are the "nice team"
